Bloody Mary: A Veggie Party in a Glass
Aug 02, 2021A Garden Cafe take on a Bloody Mary Cocktail — a recipe for some organic goodness in a glass to revive your body, mind and spirit
—
Cheers! But be forewarned that once you taste this recipe, you won’t want to mix just a single drink — you’ll want a pitcher, so we provided a recipe that will get this party started! This is a perfect organic veggie fest in a glass, chock full of goodness and fabulous for brunch (or whenever you need a festive healthy alternative).
Things you’ll need:
- 1 gallon pitcher
- 3 (32 oz.) bottles of R.W. Knudson Very Veggie Juice (it’s organic and low sodium!)
- 2 Lemons squeezed
- 1 (8 oz.) jar of Bubbies Horseradish (You can certainly grate your own, but this is delish and saves time — plus horseradish isn’t always readily available)
- 1/3 jar of a 5 oz. jar of Hot Sauce
- 4 TBS of Annie’s Vegan Worcestershire
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Garnish — we keep it simple with lemon and celery
*And for a little alcohol pizazz, for each 16 oz. cocktail we add 2 shots of sake over ice
